Compact sealing parts Standard / Split

The Compact sealing system is the complementary product to the Link-Seal® range. It is the ideal solution for sealing gas, water and sewer pipes at wall penetrations. Dedicated solutions are also available for data or power cables. The compression plates are made exclusively of stainless steel.

The 40 mm thick special rubber ring is compressed between two stainless steel plates. The product seals the annular space between the active carrier pipe and the wall opening.

The system is split and designed for installing pipes / cables after equipment installation or in new installations.

Installation:

  • You can choose the passage openings for pipes / cables with an external diameter between 4 - 32, 40, 50 mm. The sealing part is guaranteed at pressure up to 1 bar.
  • For each opening we provide plugs that can be removed when inserting pipes / cables. Unused openings will be sealed with the existing plugs.
  • This gives you the possibility to install additional pipes / cables later. For installation you only need a torque wrench, no other special tools.

Wall penetration sealing collars are used to obtain a watertight penetration through a concrete wall when it is crossed by a pipe of any material: steel, cast iron, copper, plastic, fiber-reinforced concrete or ceramic pipes. They can be used in floors, ceilings, pumping station walls, pools, galleries or underground drainage channels.
