Pipe sealing for ceiling, wall, and floor penetrations

Link-Seal rings are considered the first method for permanent sealing of pipes of any size passing through walls, ceilings and floors. In fact, any cylindrical object can be sealed quickly and easily.

The Compact sealing system is the complementary product to the Link-Seal® range. It is the ideal solution for sealing gas, water and sewer pipes at wall penetrations. Dedicated solutions are also available for data or power cables. The compression plates are made exclusively of stainless steel.

The 40 mm thick special rubber ring is compressed between two stainless steel plates. The product seals the annular space between the active carrier pipe and the wall opening.

The system is split and designed for installing pipes / cables after equipment installation or in new installations.

Installation:

• You can choose the passage openings for pipes / cables with an external diameter between 4 - 32, 40, 50 mm. The sealing part is guaranteed at pressure up to 1 bar.
• For each opening we provide plugs that can be removed when inserting pipes / cables. Unused openings will be sealed with the existing plugs.
• This gives you the possibility to install additional pipes / cables later. For installation you only need a torque wrench, no other special tools.

For passing steel, cast iron, copper or plastic pipes through walls, ceilings or floors, embedment parts are the best method for forming a perfect hole in the wall.

Wall penetration sealing collars are used to obtain a watertight penetration through a concrete wall when it is crossed by a pipe of any material: steel, cast iron, copper, plastic, fiber-reinforced concrete or ceramic pipes. They can be used in floors, ceilings, pumping station walls, pools, galleries or underground drainage channels.

G-S-S type rubber-steel gasket with vulcanized steel ring for higher dimensional stability, reliable centering and perfect sealing according to DIN EN 1514-1 (PN6-40).

For concrete or masonry structures that are sealed with various membranes, sealing solutions are required that include both the wall embedment parts and the membrane sealing solution with fixed / loose flanges in accordance with DIN 18195 T9. A distinction is made between situations with permanently pressurized water and non-pressurized water with occasional infiltration.

Elastostrip is a high-performance, flexible and easy-to-use sealing solution for precast concrete elements. Elastostrip is widely used for joining pipe sections, cable trenches, drainage channels, inspection and access chambers, shafts and caissons.

The product was developed after many years of research in collaboration with global leaders in precast concrete manufacturing.

Elastostrip has been tested in real-life conditions according to earlier standards such as DIN 4062 for functional requirements. Tests were carried out in collaboration with manufacturers of prestressed concrete elements, resulting in full compliance with the new European Standard EN 1917 for concrete manholes and jointing between elements.
