The system is split and designed for installing pipes / cables after equipment installation or in new installations.
Technical details:
- Pressure plate: V2A/S304 split version
- Pressure sealing: 1 bar
- Rubber thickness: 1 x 40 mm
- Rubber material: EPDM
- Temperature range: -30 to +120°C
- Shore hardness: 43 ± 5
Installation:
1. You can choose the passage openings for pipes / cables with an external diameter between 4 - 32, 40, 50 mm. The sealing part is guaranteed at pressure up to 1 bar.
2. For each opening we provide plugs that can be removed when inserting pipes / cables. Unused openings will be sealed with the existing plugs.
3. This gives you the possibility to install additional pipes / cables later. For installation you only need a torque wrench, no other special tools.
Installation instructions:
Remove the split pressure plates and cut vertically and diagonally with a knife into the rubber plate, up to the openings suitable for the pipes / cables.
You can now insert the pipes / cables in situ into the rubber sealing plate. Then fix the pressure plates with bolts onto the rubber and complete the installation in the wall.
