The Compact sealing system is the complementary product to the Link-Seal® range. It is the ideal solution for sealing gas, water and sewer pipes at wall penetrations. Dedicated solutions are also available for data or power cables. The compression plates are made exclusively of stainless steel.
Compact Split (sectioned version): All Compact Standard sizes are available in the sectioned/split version. When the pipe is already installed, the seal can be opened, positioned around the opening and pushed into the recess that needs to be sealed.
Advantages:

- Compression plates are made of stainless steel
- The entire Standard range is also available in the Split version for retrofitting
Principle: The 40 mm thick special rubber ring is compressed between two stainless steel plates. The product seals the annular space between the active carrier pipe and the wall opening.
Accessories: Built-in sleeves and wall penetrations made of PVC, steel or fiber-reinforced concrete, epoxy resins for treating rough concrete surfaces after core drilling.

Compact sealing part WR Super Soft
The Compact WR Super Soft sealing part was created for flexible corrugated wall pipes, such as protection conduits for cables or corrugated sewer pipes. The special design with two EPDM rings with a nominal width of 80 mm ensures coverage of the free space between ribs without affecting the quality of the seal.
Advantages:
- Gas and water-tight sealing up to 5 bar
- Double extra-soft rubber rings
- Reliable sealing for thin-walled pipes
Notes:
- The Compact WR Super Soft cannot be considered a fixing or support element for pipes
- The carrier pipe must be centred in the opening and supported
- To ensure a smooth, non-capillary surface in the case of core-drilled holes, coating with epoxy resins is recommended

The specified pressure test values apply at 23°C. For other conditions, especially at permanently high operating temperatures, a slip protection device for the stuffing box should be installed if necessary.

Compact sealing parts Varia
Overview:
The Compact Varia sealing part is a sealing system for wall core openings that can be used either as a temporary plug for non-pressurized water or as a single penetration for pressurized water. For example, the outer diameter range of pipes or cables for a Compact Varia 1.5 with outer diameter and for a core opening with an internal diameter of 100 mm is from 18 to 65 mm, thanks to the rings with a thickness of 5 mm.
The Compact Varia 1.0 sealing part for a core opening with an internal diameter of 100 mm is particularly useful for retrofits at building entries of various pipes or cables. For core openings with an internal diameter of 150 mm and 200 mm, four different pipe sizes can be configured. The sealing parts are made of a soft rubber specially designed for plastic pipes.

Compact Varia 1.5 DN 80
The Compact Varia 1.5 DN 80 sealing part is designed for a core opening / wall penetration with an internal diameter of 80 mm and for carrier pipes or cables from 18 to 45 mm.
Compact Varia 1.5 DN 100
The Compact Varia 1.5 DN 100 sealing part is designed for a core opening / wall penetration with an internal diameter of 100 mm and for carrier pipes or cables from 18 to 65 mm.
Compact Varia 1.0 DN 100 split version
The Compact Varia 1.0 DN 100 sealing part has been designed in a split version for a core opening / wall penetration with an internal diameter of 100 mm for retrofitting and can be used for carrier pipes with outer diameters of 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm and 63 mm.
Compact Varia 1.5 DN 110
The Compact Varia 1.5 DN 110 can be used in the same way as Varia 1.5 DN 100, but for a core opening / wall penetration with an internal diameter of 110 mm.
Compact Varia DN 150
The Compact Varia DN 150 sealing part is designed for a core opening / wall penetration with an internal diameter of 150 mm and for carrier pipes with outer diameters 60.3-63 mm, 75-76.1 mm, 88.9-90 mm and 110 mm.
Compact Varia DN 200
The Compact Varia DN 200 sealing part is designed for a core opening / wall penetration with an internal diameter of 200 mm and for carrier pipes with outer diameters 110 mm, 125 mm, 139.7-140 mm and 160 mm.

Installation steps Compact Varia parts
1. Push out the central plug by hand or with a screwdriver.
2. Push the “onion ring” back...
3. After you have pushed the “onion ring” back...
4. Carefully cut through the “skin” behind the “ring” so that it can be removed.
5. Cut ring.
