HDPE, Stainless Steel Sluice Gates

The family of HDPE sluice gates, overflow gates or stoplogs is available for virtually any required operating condition.

Advantages:

• A major advantage is the special EPDM sealing profile. Its geometry allows the sluice gate to operate at high pressure loads from either side. This profile enables virtually 0 percent leakage. However, as safety margin, we state a leakage of only 1 percent of the maximum allowed by the American AWWA C 501 standard for cast iron sluice gates. Meaning maximum 12 ml/min/ml sealing length.
• No wedging devices are required for sealing: the sluice gate does not need adjustments after installation.
• The sluice gate is delivered as a fully assembled standalone unit, requiring no on-site adjustments.

Actuation methods:

• Local or remote actuation (with extension)
• Manual actuation with operating column, bevel gearbox, handwheel or T-key
• Cylinder
• Rising or non-rising stem actuation
