Compact Wall Embedding and Sealing Systems: Fixed & Mobile Flanges

Concrete structures with sealing membranes:

For concrete or masonry structures that are sealed with various membranes, sealing solutions are required that include both the wall embedment parts and the membrane sealing solution with fixed / mobile flanges in accordance with DIN 18195 T9. A distinction is made between situations with permanently pressurized water and non-pressurized water with occasional infiltration.

Depending on the application, we provide the appropriate solution:

• Sealing piece with fixed / mobile flanges
• Wall embedment piece with fixed / mobile flanges
• Metal wall-mounted piece with fixed / mobile flanges system

As standard, these products are supplied in galvanized steel, but they can also be provided in stainless steel S304 (V2A) or S316 (V4A).

Solutions for wall penetrations executed after construction or without sealing membranes:

Wall penetrations with eccentric positioning, core-drilled openings / wall embedment parts with incorrect dimensions or cases where the incoming pipes into the building have been reduced in size always represent a challenge for reliable sealing. For walls without sealing membranes we propose the family of wall-applied sealing systems.

They can be supplied in split or open versions for retrofit installation. As a rule these products are made of galvanized steel and, on request, they can be supplied in stainless steel S304 (V2A) or S316 (V4A).
